Adiamix was ISO 9001 certified in 2004 thanks to the expertise and thoroughness of its teams. Since then, this certification has been renewed every year: it guarantees our customers high quality services .

What is ISO 9001 ?

The ISO 9001 standard frames the organizational requirements necessary for an operational management system quality. Among the main principles on which the standard is based, we find:

ISO 9001 certification constitutes for customers a real guarantee of organizational quality in relation to the products and services offered. It offers companies that benefit from it a framework capable of meeting customer expectations and satisfying them as well as possible.

Our ISO 9001 certification

Adiamix produces technical parts and sub-assemblies at two French sites. Our great expertise in cutting-stamping and machining combined with the quality of our services enabled us to obtain ISO 9001 certification in 2004, two years after the creation of the company. Today, our company is ISO 9001 version 2015 certified thanks to a constant level of quality. We also have the IATF 16949 version 2016 certification for the automotive sector.

To obtain ISO 9001 certification, we have set up an organization adapted to the requirements of the standard and ensure continuous improvement of our services . Strict compliance with these requirements allows us to renew our certification each year, guarantee an operational management system and provide our customers with quality services, as close as possible to their needs.

What is IATF 16949 ?

The IATF 16949: 2016 (former ISO / TS16949) standard is the most widely used international standard for quality management systems in the automotive industry, harmonizing the different assessment and certification systems in the chain supply chain for the automotive sector.

This new standard will cancel and replace the current ISO / TS 16949 & nbsp; defining the requirements of a quality management system applicable to organizations in the automotive industry. The IAFT 16949 standard is aligned with and based on the most recent version of the ISO standard for quality management systems, ISO 9001: 2015, strictly conforming to its structure and requirements. The IATF 16949 is not a stand-alone quality management system standard but a supplement that works in conjunction with ISO 9001: 2015. & nbsp; This means that if an organization in the automotive sector wants to become certified according to IATF 16949, it must also meet the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015

Principles of IATF 16949: 2016 :

• Customer satisfaction orientation
• Leadership and commitment of people
• Process approach
• Continuous improvement
• Risk analysis approach
• Multidisciplinary approach
